Site Terms
These terms govern use of this informational website. A separate signed rental agreement controls every confirmed equipment rental.
Availability requests are not reservations
Submitting dates or project information does not hold inventory, create a rental, guarantee suitability, or establish a price. A reservation exists only after the rental team confirms availability and requirements and the customer completes the applicable agreement and payment process.
Equipment and project suitability
Website descriptions and photographs are representative. Models, accessories, output, electrical or fuel requirements, and package contents vary. Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information. The rental team may decline a request when equipment, qualifications, site conditions, availability, insurance, or safety requirements are not satisfied.
Professional and lawful use
Heat equipment requires proper planning, trained operation, continuous monitoring, ventilation where applicable, and compliance with manufacturer instructions and applicable law. The website does not provide pest-management, engineering, electrical, legal, or safety advice.
Pricing, payment, delivery, and rental obligations
Quotes, deposits or advance payment, delivery charges, rental windows, late charges, damage responsibility, equipment care, cancellation terms, and return requirements are provided before a rental is completed. The signed rental agreement controls if website information differs from the final agreement.
Third-party links
The website may link to manufacturer-created GreenTech Heat Solutions training, manuals, videos, product pages, or other third-party resources. Permission to reference or display those materials does not make every manufacturer statement a warranty, rental term, Arizona legal opinion, or instruction for a specific rental unit. The equipment label, materials supplied with the unit, signed rental agreement, and applicable law control.
Training and technical information
Training resources are educational and may cover multiple equipment versions or regulated applications. Customers must not open, repair, bypass, rewire, disassemble, or modify rental equipment. Stop operation and contact technical support if equipment is damaged, behaves unexpectedly, or cannot be operated exactly as approved.
Website availability
The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable. GreenTech Heat Rentals, LLC may correct errors, change content, or discontinue website features without notice.
