Arizona equipment support

Training and technical support for your GreenTech rental.

Review the model-specific resources before operation, confirm the site and power or fuel requirements, and call when anything is unclear or unexpected.

Stop operation when a condition is not verified.

Stop and call support for fuel odor, damaged cords or fittings, unexpected shutdowns, smoke, abnormal sound, overheating, visible damage, or any setup you cannot confirm. Do not open, repair, bypass, rewire, disassemble, or modify rental equipment. Leave the area and call 911 if there is an immediate fire, gas, or carbon-monoxide danger.

Complete the pre-use review before the equipment is energized.

The rental agreement, equipment label, pickup or delivery checklist, and model-specific manufacturer instructions control. A web page never replaces the instructions supplied with the actual unit.

  1. 1

    Match the complete rental package

Confirm the model, serial or asset label, cords, hoses, fans, temperature readers, and other listed accessories before leaving the pickup location or accepting delivery.

  2. 2

    Inspect before use

Do not use equipment with damaged cords, plugs, hoses, fittings, controls, guards, labels, or enclosures. Report concerns before operation.

  3. 3

    Verify the site requirements

Confirm electrical capacity or fuel arrangement, ventilation, clearances, continuous monitoring, protected building systems, and a qualified operator.

  4. 4

    Review the correct training resources

Use the ePro 600, Titan 450, airflow, and monitoring resources below. Follow the label and instructions for the specific rental unit if an online source describes a different model or revision.

  5. 5

    Keep active supervision

Maintain required airflow and temperature monitoring. Never leave operating heat equipment unattended or use direct-fired equipment in occupied or unapproved spaces.

  6. 6

    Stop and escalate

When operation, readings, site conditions, or equipment behavior differ from the approved plan, shut down safely and call technical support.

Electric heater

ePro 600 setup and operating resources

The Arizona rental fleet includes two ePro 600 electric heaters with eight cords per heater. Full operation requires multiple verified electrical circuits; the actual equipment label and rental instructions control.

Manufacturer resources may cover multiple equipment revisions and regulated pest-management applications. Follow the label and instructions supplied with the rental unit, the signed rental agreement, and applicable Arizona law.

Direct-fired propane heater

Titan 450 training and escalation

The Titan 450 is restricted to qualified operators and approved environments. Fuel, electrical power for controls and airflow, ventilation, gas monitoring, clearances, and continuous supervision must be confirmed before use.

Airflow and monitoring

Air movers and temperature readers are part of the operating plan.

Heat must be distributed and monitored continuously. Placement and readings depend on the approved project plan, the specific equipment package, and the qualified operator.

Temperature readers

The current fleet includes two temperature readers. Confirm the correct reading method, locations, intervals, and limits for the approved operation. A single surface or air reading does not establish equipment or project suitability.

Equipment rental only

Training access does not turn the rental company into a pest-management provider.

GreenTech Heat Rentals, LLC rents equipment. It does not inspect for infestations, diagnose pest conditions, create pest-treatment plans, apply pesticides, or perform extermination services. Customers are responsible for lawful use and for engaging appropriately licensed professionals when Arizona law requires them.
